A$AP Rocky and PUMA Unveil Motorsport-Inspired Capsule Collection in NYC.
On May 29, 2025, A$AP Rocky and PUMA launched their latest capsule collection in New York City, showcasing a fusion of streetwear aesthetics and motorsport influences. The launch features of a campaign video directed by Rocky accompanied by an unreleased track, setting the tone for the collection's dynamic energy. The collection was Presented in a showroom space in the heart of NYC’s Lower East Side followed by a packed out event in the evening to celebrate.
The collection reintroduces two of Rocky's favored PUMA sneakers—the Inhale and Mostro OG—alongside a bold new design: the Mostro Gabbia. This innovative silhouette, translating to "Caged Monster" in Italian, features a removable cage and draws inspiration from PUMA's archives, reimagined through a modern, technical lens. Described as "a creature of design," the Mostro Gabbia is built to shield, adapt, and transform with every step.
Reflective surfaces, a nod to car culture, are a recurring theme throughout the collection, evident in both footwear and apparel. The apparel lineup includes a range of pieces such as t-shirts, belts, hats, bags, and jean shorts, marking Rocky's most extensive collection to date.
"I had the opportunity to dig into PUMA’s archives and blend together the best of several shoes while adding my own lens and style," said A$AP Rocky. "You have the sleekness of the Mostro OG, the innovation and technology of the PUMA disc, and the cage around the shoe for added protection.
