CELINE UNVEILS NEW HAUTE PERFUMERIE CORNER IN HARRODS

Celine has launched their newest space in the heart of Harrods’s beauty hall, putting their Haute Perfumerie under the spotlight. Inspired by their Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche space in Paris, an engraved gold transom meets signature marble and black metal, echoing the world of Hedi Slimane.

The collection of signature scents echoes Slimane’s very own personal olfactory diary - places, feelings and emotions seen and felt, bottled into an essence that others can relate with. A powdery note is brought forward from the collection onto the skin, crafting the identity of the eleven fragrances with a velvety patina and the French elegance of a couture scent. Accompanied by candles in similar scents and lifestyle Maison Celine products, the space features fragrances, candles, soaps, vanity sets, perfume boxes and other details needed to be immersed into the Celine world.

JULIA FOX AND RICHIE SHAZAM STAR IN ISAMAYA FFRENCH’S NEW INDUSTRIAL 2.0 CAMPAIGN

Coming out with a new chapter of Isamaya Beauty, avant-guard makeup extraordinaire Isamaya Ffrench has teamed up with Julia Fox and Richie Shazam for Industrial 2.0, a spin on her very first collection that explored pleasure and kink through the sultriness of beauty. Keeping up with the BDSM aesthetic, the new campaign was shot in South London, celebrating the success of the brand and bringing forward a new set of rule-breaking visions for the future.

The new collection, consisting of an eyeshadow palette and two lip plumping serum, pulls the focus with its sensually twisted packaging, something that Isamaya has brought forward as a focal point within her brand, experimenting and pushing the boundaries of creating exciting products that are both visually and formulaically stunning.

BOTTEGA VENETA LAUNCHES AN EXCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIP WITH PUBLICATION AIR AFRIQUE

Bottega Veneta’s love for publications and the beauty of printed images has urged them to launch a brand new partnership with the Afro-diasporic platform and publication Air Afrique, conceived by a team of young creatives based in Paris. The name, Air Afrique came from the pan-African airline with the same name, co-owned by West African countries, and operational between 1961 and 2002. The airline was important symbol of independence of a certain pan-African ideal, the airline becoming a major patron of arts and culture, as well as a means of transportation.

The magazine has released with the support of Bottega Veneta, alongside a limited series of blankets, designed by Franco-Sudanese designer Abdel El Tayeb, who is part of the Bottega Veneta design studio, creating each blanket with a composition of fine wool, silver leather and shearlings from the BV archives, specifically commissioned by Matthieu Blazy.

ALEXANDER MCQUEEN RELEASES NEW CANDLE COLLECTION, INSPIRED BY THEIR HERITAGE

Alexander McQueen has always aimed to explore the juxtaposition of beauty - light and darkness, soft and intense, grotesque and elegant, bringing out a spectrum of feelings through his artistry. Celebrating this at the core of their work, the brand has officially launched their first collection of exclusive candles, inspired by the flowers referenced across the iconic collections seen across the years.

The egg-shaped black lacquered glass candles come in three different variations - Ghost Flower contrasting fresh freesia and peony with earthy patchouli, Pagan Rose based around the tension between fragile wild rose and earthy peat, and Savage Bloom has a head of tuberose and a heart of oud.
